Instagram is read-only today — there's no connect flow, and none is needed for what's currently available.
Rules that watch an Instagram handle for new posts or follower changes work by handle — no OAuth connection required, and nothing is ever posted, replied to, or sent on your behalf. You'll get a notification when a rule matches; write actions (replies, DMs, labels) aren't available for Instagram yet.
No account access, nothing to authorize
Because Instagram is watch-only, there's no permission grant to review here — SocFlow reads public activity for the handle you specify, not through your own account credentials.
